Dreaming in Earnest for my destiny

           


My life is like a magic carpet flying through the air
With all the wonders that it brings like a love affair
Whispering within my heart and all it does aspire
Many things I dream of and all that I desire

As I walk my lonely path towards the heavenly lights
Wandering around the avenues and all its amazing sites
Will you come and walk with me to our heavens end
Maybe travelling upwards and going around the bend

I dream of being in your arms with the love I needed from you
Hoping that one day my dream I will be with you too
The mountains built around us stopping the way through
But with all these obstacles my love will conquer true

Tears of deep frustration causing so much pain
Like in this earthly body my love flows through my veins
Spiritual well being is what my soul dose search
But all the time I wonder the spirit is does hurt

Sailing on the wind of sighs in my wandering lust
Hoping that soon my soul will finally learn to trust
The ending comes round so quickly when we reach our one desire
Only when it happens my heart will fill the fire
